Ingredients 1 Tbsp Sweet Almond Oil ¼ C Cornmeal ¼ C Almonds (fine ground) ¼ C Rolled Oats (fine ground) 2 drops Chamomile 2 drops Geranium 9 drops Palmarosa Directions Using a well cleaned coffee grinder separately grind almonds and oats until they are fine. Stir together with a metal spoon in a jar, ceramic or glass bowl. Drop in the oils, each in a separate place on the mixture and stir to mix in well. Do not add the Sweet Almond Oil until you are ready to use the mixture. Apply by taking a quick warm shower, then use circular motions to massage the mixture into the skin until a rosy color. Rinse, towel dry and follow with moisturizer.
