Return Policy for Sapona Products
All of our stores will have the following sign posted:
• MUST HAVE ORIGINAL RECEIPT
• MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
• MUST BE IN NEW & RESELLABLE CONDITION
WE CAN ONLY OFFER REFUNDS WITH 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE ALONG WITH
THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND MUST BE UNUSED. THANKS FOR YOUR PURCHASE! WE TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING.
I. We have an “Exchanges Gladly” policy and any refund exceptions to this may only occur with management approval.
II. When a customer attempts to return a product, these are the guidelines that should be followed:
a. Ask customer for receipt. If they do not have it, there is nothing further you can do for them without a manager’s approval.
b. If receipt is provided, check the purchase date and inspect the product to confirm it is actually our brand.
c. If the product is damaged or used, unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund it for them.
III. Refunds may be possible with manager approval, product is in perfect condition, and the purchase is within 7 days. Contact your manager for any questions processing a refund.
